Shipping policy

Shipping zones, costs and delivery times

• Metropolitan France: free shipping, delivery in 1 week.
• European Union: €2, delivery in under 2 weeks.
• Other countries offered at checkout, including French overseas territories: €2, delivery in 2 weeks.

Delivery times start from order confirmation. The costs and delivery time that apply to your address are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Preparation and tracking

Orders are prepared and shipped by our partner supplier. An order with several items may arrive in several parcels. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as it is available.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Delay, lost or damaged parcel

The seller is responsible for the proper delivery of the order until it is handed over. In the event of a delay, or a lost or damaged parcel, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos. Your rights in the event of a delay are set out in article 7 of our terms of sale.
