Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to withdraw

• Online: Withdraw from the contract here. Log in with the email address used for your order, select the order and submit your request.
• By email: send us a clear statement or the withdrawal form to m.haidara75@laposte.net, with your order number.

The model withdrawal form is included in article 8 of our terms of sale.

Returning the product

• Return the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the address given when your request is confirmed.
• Return shipping costs are payable by you.
• Pack the mug carefully. Ceramic is fragile.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (except any extra cost for a delivery method more expensive than the standard one), within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof of shipment. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order.

Cancellation before shipment

As long as your order has not been passed on for shipment, you can ask to cancel it by email at m.haidara75@laposte.net. Once the order has shipped, the right of withdrawal described above applies.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming product

Contact us with your order number and photos. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Under these guarantees, bringing the product into conformity is free of charge for you. Details are set out in article 9 of our terms of sale.
